Peaches and cream, bi-colour, yellow and white: no matter what you call it, our corn is ears above the rest. We enforce strict growing practices to ensure that we only pick the tastiest corn. Before seeding begins, the land is prepared by laying a thin cover of plastic mulch to keep the soil warm and moist. Seeding starts in mid-April. Depending on cooperation from Mother Nature, a pickable crop will be ready around July 15th. Our corn is then hand picked, hand packed and hydro-cooled to maintain its freshness.
